Refund Policy

Unused credits are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are not refundable. Failed calls are never charged.
What qualifies
You can request a refund for unused credits within 30 days of the purchase that added them. Used credits are not refundable. If you have used part of a purchase, only the eligible unused portion is refundable. Failed calls are never charged, so there is no tool charge to refund for a failed call.
Credits do not expire, have no cash value outside this refund policy, and are not transferable. You can keep using eligible credits instead of requesting a refund. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
How to request a refund
Email support@unstuckapi.com within 30 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and your payment receipt or transaction reference, if available. You may include your API key prefix to help us find your balance. Do not send your full API key or card number.
We will verify the purchase and remaining unused credits, then coordinate the eligible refund through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunded credits are removed from the available balance. Timing depends on Stripe and your payment provider; we will confirm the outcome by email.
Payments and support
Payments are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe handles payment details, sales tax/VAT, and payment support. We never see full card numbers.
For a payment question, you can use the support information on your Stripe receipt or email us and we will help direct your request. For questions about the tools or a possible incorrect charge, contact us directly.
