Terms of Service

Last updated:

Prepaid tools for your AI agent, with clear prices and a few ground rules.

Who we are and who can use the service

These terms are between you and Brian Chowns, doing business as unstuck, Texas, USA. Contact us at support@unstuckapi.com. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the service. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to agree to these terms on its behalf. By using Unstuck, you agree to these terms.

Credits, tools, and prices

Unstuck sells prepaid credits for pay-per-call API tools, accessed over REST or MCP. Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and are not transferable. They can only be used with Unstuck, except for refunds allowed by our Refund Policy.

Each successful paid tool call deducts its listed price. Only failed calls are free; a successful call is chargeable even if the result is not useful to you. Free account utilities, such as checking your balance, are marked as free. Prices per call are listed on the site and in the tool catalog and may change for future calls. Check the current price before calling a tool.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe handles payment details, sales tax/VAT, and payment support. We never see full card numbers.

Unused credits are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@unstuckapi.com. Used credits are not refundable. Failed calls are never charged. See the Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

Your key and your agent

Keep your API key private. A new key is shown only once and cannot be recovered. You are responsible for calls made with your key, including calls your agent makes on your behalf. Monitor your balance and give your agent appropriate limits. Contact us if you believe your key has been exposed.

Acceptable use

You must use the tools lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not use Unstuck for:

When using email tools, comply with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR where they apply. A found or verified email address is not permission to contact someone. We may suspend keys that break these rules, compromise security, or harm others.

Availability and results

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. Tools depend on third-party data and services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or complete, accurate, or current results. Verify results before relying on them.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

Texas law governs these terms, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. We may update these terms with notice on the site and a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply going forward. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service and contact us about any eligible unused-credit refund.
